Press Release

As Director, Massed Pipes and Drums Fulda Military tattoo 2009, Robert is looking forward to the challenge of not only a great spectacle, but raising the bar in terms of performance. As Robert cites, ‘after a successful Tattoo in 2007, the audience expects great things and this time it’s not just a matter of attaining the same level as before, but reaching for a higher platform and giving the crowd an added experience in 2009.

As Pipe Major of the Drums and Pipes Gordon Highlanders Association Pipe band, Robert acted as Senior Pipe Major in Fulda in 2007. This year Robert is delighted to lend his support as Director, Massed Pipes and Drums. ‘I am truly excited about this years Fulda Tattoo. To re-establish contact with a great team of organisers and work with all the musicians. I’m aware that many visitors see the Massed Pipes and Drums as one of the highlights of the show. Whether you’ve been before or are new to the event, I can promise you all the Fulda Military Tattoo 2009 will be a night to remember.’
